Our Staff Model homes provide intensive, 24/7 residential care for youth with complex needs. These homes are staffed by a dedicated team of professionals with a minimum of five years of experience in supporting young people. 2. Parent Model Program

Our Parent Model program offers a unique approach to foster care by combining the warmth and consistency of a family setting with the professional support of Trust Care Children’s Homes Ltd. In this program, we recruit and extensively train experienced foster caregivers who then provide care in homes owned and maintained by the company. This model is designed to create a strong sense of belonging and stability for the children and youth in our care.
